Who will deliver my order?
For orders shipped to Mexico: Teiker will deliver your order if you are in Mexico, Shipbob if you live in another country.
For orders shipped to USA and Canada: Teiker will deliver your order if you are in Mexico, Shipbob if you live in another country.
For orders shipped Globally: Teiker will deliver your order if you are in Mexico, Shipbob if you live in another country.
When will I receive my order?
If you pick up the digital or audio version you can get started immediately.
We aim to deliver orders shipped Standard Delivery service within 3 working days or within 7 working days on Standard Delivery orders shipped.
Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
We do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays and our lead times are not guaranteed.
For delivery, order before 12pm Monday to Sunday. Orders placed after 12pm on any given day may get dispatched that day but are more likely to be dispatched the following working day and therefore delivered the day after.

Can I track my order?
Once your parcel has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an order despatch email. You can view your tracking details in your order dispatch email.
Orders can be tracked using the Teiker or Shipbob website, according to your service of delivery assigned.
I think my order is late, what can I do?
If your order is late, contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you further.
I think my order has been lost, what can I do?
If you believe the carrier has lost your parcel please contact us at [email protected] and we will look to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as a matter of urgency because once we have charged and dispatched your order we cannot then cancel it. This does not affect your rights to return damaged, defective or incorrect items.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
What isn't eligible for return?
Free items cannot be returned.
Please adhere to the following guidelines when packaging your items for return to TMH Beratungs und Beteiligungsgruppe:
●Items should be returned in their original boxes, in new condition, and with the original packing materials.
●Indicate the reason for return on a copy of the packing slip and include it in with the returned items(s) to ensure proper credit to your credit card. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please indicate your order number and the reason for return on a seperate piece of paper and include it in with the returned item(s).
●Parcel your goods with the original documentation included.

Return Shipping Address

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return of your item(s) is a result of our error, TMH Beratungs und Beteiligungsgruppe will arrange and pay for return shipping charges. Please contact us at [email protected] to report a return of product due to our error and to receive special shipping instructions.
The shipping charges for all other returns shall be paid for by the customer.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
